The problem
Sales reps spent their mornings dialling cold lists and logging outcomes by hand, and follow-ups slipped.
What I built
A voice agent placed calls from a lead list, held a natural qualification conversation, booked slots on the calendar and pushed a call summary to the CRM. This is a demo rebuild.
Key decisions
Low-latency turn taking
Streaming speech in and out keeps the pause after each sentence short enough to feel like a person.
Guardrails on what it can say
The agent only makes claims from an approved script and hands off when unsure.
Rate limits and consent
Call windows, retries and opt-outs are enforced before any dial.
